Participants are welcome to submit abstracts for oral  presentations and poster presentations. Abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance on their scientific merit and should be clearly written.

Presenters are invited to submit abstracts on relevent scientific topics as posted in the site. Kindly specify if you would prefer an oral presentation or poster presentation. The authors will be informed in due time whether their abstract/s have been accepted, and whether for oral presentation or poster presentation. Inclusion of abstracts in the                                                  is dependent on payment of registration fees.

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: SEPTEMBER 3, 2013

 

 

Abstracts must be submitted via the online link.

 

Please note the following:

1. All abstracts must be submitted in English.

2. The affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract i.e. department, institution, city, country.

3. If submitting more than one abstract, each abstract must be uploaded separately.

4. Abstracts should be no longer than one A4 size page (350 words).

5. References may be inserted within the space allocated for the abstract but no figures, diagrams or frames are acceptable.
